The villa, surrounded by 650 sq mt of lawns and ornamental plants plus 12.000 sq mt of fruit groves, has every modern comfort and a swimming-pool of 10 x 5,75. Although built in a higher position than the pretty village of S'Agata, it is little more than 200 mt from the center and from ""Don Alfonso"" one of the most famous restaurants in Europe. It is well to remember that famous writers, musicians and poets have all sojourned in Sant' Agata attracted by the many enchanting views that one can admire, by the countryside and salubrious air which one can breathe. Sant' Agata also boasts a privileged position since, in a relatively short time, it is possible to reach all the most celebrated touristic localities of the Sorrentine and Amalfi coasts, such as Sorrento and Positano at 10 km."
